Yes! The BSport app conveniently handles all class bookings. You can find the app on the App Store and Google Play by searching for ‘BSport.’ Simply create an account or log in to your account using the email and password.

We operate with a 24-hour cancellation policy for classes and a 48-hour cancellation policy for personal training sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your classes or sessions, please notify us within the specified timeframe to avoid losing your credit. This ensures we can accommodate other members and optimise our class scheduling. If you require further clarification, feel free to contact us, and a member of our customer care representatives will promptly assist you.

Managing your bookings is simple. Cancel any class or session booked through the BSport app! Just access the app, click on the class you’ve booked, and follow the prompts to cancel your booking. Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing ample time for adjustments and to accommodate others. For any questions or assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to contact us.

Due to the high demand for our classes, we enforce a late-cancellation policy within 24 hours of the class start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will incur a late-cancellation fee of £14.50 (the cost of a drop-in class) or the loss of a class credit. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the same applies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policies.

When a class reaches full capacity and all available slots are booked, a waitlist is generated. Don’t hesitate to join the waitlist, as class bookings often shift. As participants drop out, our system automatically adds the next person on the waitlist and notifies them via email. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates. Additionally, our studio may contact you directly if a spot opens within the last hour leading up to the class. Removing yourself from a waitlist incurs no penalty or charge, and if you are not added to the class, there is no loss of credit or penalty—it simply disappears from your booking.

The first time that you attend a class at the Evolve Fitness Studio, we recommend that you come to the studio 20 minutes early before your session starts. First-timers will be given a tour of the whole studio and instructions on how the classes take place.

Furthermore, in the spin classes, you will be given a demo of how to set up your bike and how to safely use the equipment. You can contact us to learn more about what to expect on your very first ride.

No, prior experience is not required. Our spin classes are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Our dedicated team of experienced personal trainers will provide guidance and support throughout the session.

For newcomers to Evolve Fitness Studio, we recommend arriving 10 to 20 minutes early for your first class. Our focus is on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, where fun and effective workouts go hand in hand. Your sessions will be tailored to your needs, ensuring a pressure-free experience. We want you to leave our classes feeling fantastic—physically and mentally refreshed.

We intentionally don’t have dedicated beginner classes because our instructors are trained to create an experience suitable for both new and experienced participants. Each class is designed to be approachable and safe for beginners while providing a challenging workout for those with more experience. You have full control over the intensity of your workout, and all our classes are tailored to accommodate various fitness levels

A Silent Disco class is a unique and immersive experience where participants are given wireless headphones to enjoy the music whilst receiving instructions from the trainer. This innovative format adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your workout, allowing you to focus on your fitness routine in a fun and engaging manner. The wireless headphones create a personalised and dynamic atmosphere, making it an unforgettable and enjoyable fitness experience for all participants.

We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Additionally, a hand towel is advisable for wiping off sweat on your hands or fingers. These simple essentials will contribute to your comfort and ensure you get the most out of your fitness sessions at our studio.

Certainly! We provide Wi-Fi access to all individuals attending our sessions. Feel free to inquire about the Wi-Fi password from any of our trainers or receptionists for seamless connectivity during your time at our facility.

We encourage you to wear comfortable workout attire for our classes. Whether it’s tights, shorts, or a shirt, choose what makes you feel at ease during your workout. However, we advise against long, loose, or baggy trousers to ensure safety and prevent any chance of getting caught in the machines. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Yes, participants must be at least 16 years old to join our classes. Any potential participants under the age of 18 require parental consent. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages while prioritizing safety and inclusivity.

At this current time, while we do not have shower facilities, we do provide toilet amenities for your convenience.

Yes, there are parking facilities outside the studio for our clients. Parking is free between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm and from 7 pm onwards. We strive to make your visit as convenient as possible and hope you enjoy your experience at our fitness studio.
