We offer seven different B Vitamins here at Get A Drip: B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), Biotin (B7), and B12 (Cobalamin — available in three different forms). At this time, we do not offer Folate (Vitamin B9).

B Vitamins are most abundant in animal-based foods such as organ meats, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy. Because of this, people who follow a primarily plant-based diet may be at higher risk of Vitamin B deficiencies. Other risk factors include certain medications and pre-existing health conditions, such as digestive disorders or chronic alcohol use.
Common signs of low B Vitamin levels may include fatigue, low energy, frequent illnesses, cracks around the lips, anaemia, irritability or depression, heart or liver issues, nausea, constipation or diarrhoea, and skin problems.
